All wallpaper and fabric sales, and sample orders, are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for merchandise store credit only within seven (7) calendar days of the order date, and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise credit is valid for six (6) months from the issue date. To be eligible for merchandise store credit, the item must be in its original packaging, unused and in saleable condition.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs related to the item being returned and such shipping costs are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for return: Cushions, Throws, Antiques and Vintage Furnishings, Table Linens (ie. placemats, tablecloths, and napkins), and Sale Items.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted on special and/or custom orders, including fabric and wallpaper orders and samples.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and ensure a solution.
